How does monthly and yearly billing work?
Monthly memberships can be a one time purchase if selecting the one time membership option or recurring, billed automatically on the same day each month. Yearly memberships are paid upfront for 12 months, offering a great discovery discount for long-term play.
How many children are covered under one membership?
Our plans are flexible! We offer specific pricing for 1 child, 2 children, and options for larger families. For Monthly plans, it's just $10 more per additional child beyond two.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes! Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime via your member portal with 30 days notice. Yearly plans run for the full term and are not automatically renewed.
